My hope for this blog is that I can encourage you to achieve your highest calling in God, whatever that may be. Far too often, “the call” on our lives is drowned out by all the outside noise. Even when we do hear or feel “His call”, many times we fall short.  It may be a lack of commitment, discipline, time or desire. Maybe we feel untrained or unqualified? Maybe “the calling” feels too heavy and we’re unsure if our shoulders can bear it?

I’ve checked all of those boxes, but I now run to these two truths:

“HIS grace is sufficient for ME, for HIS power is made perfect in MY weakness.” Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” – 2 Corinthians 12:9 (personalized)

God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called!
